Simple steps from registration to public verification
MOUN Kogi uses a controlled process to collect member details, review applications, issue official identity credentials and support public safety checks.
1. Submit registration
Prospective members complete the official form with personal details, contact information, operating location, rider category, passport photograph and a valid 11-digit NIN as the sole identity credential.
2. Secretariat review
Authorised officers verify the submitted record, check required information, approve eligible members and keep sensitive details protected.
3. Identity issued
Approved members receive a unique MOUN number, official status record, vest assignment where applicable and QR-enabled identification for validation.
4. Verify or report
Passengers, officers and stakeholders can verify a rider, scan an authorised QR code, contact the secretariat or submit a complaint for follow-up.
