This page explains how MOUN Kogi State Chapter handles registration, verification, complaint, and administrative information on this portal.
The portal collects member registration information such as name, phone number, email address, NIN, LGA, Unit/Park, Village/Town, Location/Area, passport photograph, next of kin, guarantor details, and complaint records where applicable. NIN is the sole identity credential collected for member identity validation.
The information is used for official rider registration, identity verification, administrative credential management, vest number assignment, complaint handling, dues tracking, LGA coordination, and administrative reporting.
The public verification portal displays only safe verification information such as name, photo, MOUN Number, LGA, Unit/Park, Park Location, vest number, status, and registration validity. Sensitive details such as NIN, address, next of kin, and internal notes are not displayed publicly.
Only authorised administrators can access restricted records. The system uses role permissions, audit logs, login controls, and administrative activity tracking to protect official records.
A registered member may contact the secretariat or an authorised LGA officer to request correction of inaccurate information after proper verification.
