Members and applicants must provide accurate information during registration. False details, an invalid or duplicated NIN, or impersonation may lead to rejection, suspension, or administrative action.
Verification Disclaimer
Public verification confirms whether a rider exists in the MOUN Kogi database and shows the status recorded by the chapter. It should be used responsibly and not for harassment, discrimination, or misuse of member information.
Complaint Submission
Complaints should be honest, clear, and supported with available evidence. False complaints may delay proper investigation and can affect the reliability of the complaint process.
System Administration
Administrators must protect login credentials and use the system only for authorised union duties. All sensitive actions are recorded in the audit logs.
